  • Custom build - Truly one of a kind. We’d love to help you build your Alaskan dream home.

  • Semi-custom - Take one of our floor plans and customize or we’ll work together within your budget to customize finishes.

  • Ready-to-live (turnkey): Our floorpan built on a lot we own, truly turnkey. Or come with your own land and choose one of our floor plans and we’ll build it for you.

  • Remodels - We can work with you on ways to improve your space with the most impact on quality of life in your own home.

There are a number of great builders on the Kenai Peninsula and around Alaska, what makes Legacy Homes different is a drive to innovate and improve year over year. With 45 years in the industry, and 30 years as a contractor, Terry Franke first worked for other builders and then started The Franke Company. He has learned a great deal from a number of mentors and participated in or built well over 200 homes and a number of commercial buildings. Legacy Homes are built by The Franke Company and designs are completely client centered, each decision taking into account healthy, generational living.
